An estate agent i know says the cheaper properties are flying off the shelves. Also looks like the 90% mortgage is back courtesy of HSBC.

House prices have stabilised and gone back up a bit. A false dawn i reckon because we have public sector job cuts to come and a rise in interest rates. i dont think they will be steep rises, but i think 2% is coming next year.
